POLICIES

New Client Policy:

We ask that new clients arrive 15 minutes before their service to complete the required paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 15 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork may be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our service providers may have other appointments after your own. We will always accommodate when possible. 

Booking Policy:

A credit card must be on file to book or hold all appointments; however, you may pay as you please upon arrival. We strongly suggest pre-booking any recurring services at checkout to ensure you can schedule an appointment at the time and date needed to best fit your schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform our service provider. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the scheduled appointment.

No Show Policy:

We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file if a client does not contact the salon prior to their appointment time. After two no-show occurrences, future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking. All payments and fees are non-refundable.

Late Policy:

If you anticipate arriving late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Failure to notify us may result in your appointment being considered a no-show and cancelled. Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late will be accommodated within the remaining appointment time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled at the salon's discretion if the service cannot be completed without affecting subsequent clients and services. We will always make every effort to accommodate your appointment whenever possible. 

Credit Card Fee:

A convenience fee of 3.5% will be applied to all transactions made using a credit or debit card. This fee is necessary to cover the rising processing costs associated with credit card payments. Clients may pay via cash or check if they wish to avoid this. 

Lash Fill Policies:

If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.

2 Week Fills: Must retain at least 70% of initial set on both eyes

3 Week Fills: Must retain at least 50% of initial set on both eyes.

4+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even with great lash retention, they need maintenance to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy! We must remove lashes that are grown out to prevent them from causing damage to the natural lash.

Retention Issues:

In the event of weak lash retention, we ask that you contact our salon within 3 days of your appointment. Any fixes within 3 days of your original appointment will be complimentary. However, if we are not contacted within the 3 days post-appointment for a fix, you will be charged for a half-fill.

Cell Phone Policy:

We ask that all cell phones are turned off or placed on silent/vibrate in the salon. If you are in for a lash appointment we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

Makeup Policy:

Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to any lash, facial, or makeup services. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise you may be charged a $15 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.

Foreign Fill Policies:

We kindly require all of our clients with existing lash extensions from other salons/spas to schedule an in-person consultation FIRST before booking a fill appointment. We must first assess the current work to be sure we can safely lash over it. If we cannot work over the existing extensions, we will recommend a removal and full set. If you are unable to come in for a consultation first, we recommend booking a full set to ensure your lash artist has enough time with you regardless of the consultation. 

Children Policy:

No children are allowed in the treatment rooms or on our salon floor. Our services require concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby. We are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible for them within our walls. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy will take effect.

Age Policy:

Clients must be at least 13 years or older to receive esthetics and waxing services. Minors 13 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in the salon for the service duration. Parent/guardian must be present in the treatment room during the consultation & service. Minors 16-17 may have a parent/guardian sign our Minor Release form, and provide a second emergency contact for the Minor to receive services in the salon without a parent/guardian present.
