MEGAN
ESTHETICIAN
Megan M. is a licensed esthetician specializing in lash extensions, skincare, and waxing at Haus of Proventus. Born and raised in Dillsburg, PA, Megan pursued her esthetics education in Texas at the renowned Facial Room Society, completing more than 700 hours of hands-on training in skincare and esthetic techniques.
Dual licensed in Pennsylvania and Texas, Megan has continued to expand her skills and build a loyal clientele since returning to Pennsylvania. While she offers a variety of esthetic services, lash extensions have become one of her specialties. From soft, natural sets to fuller, more noticeable looks, Megan focuses on creating customized lashes that complement each guest’s features, lifestyle, and personal style.
Megan is also passionate about skincare and offers customized facial treatments and waxing services. Her attention to detail, calm approach, and commitment to personalized care help make every appointment feel comfortable and tailored to the individual.
Outside of the salon, Megan is a fitness enthusiast who loves spending time in the gym. She also enjoys snowboarding, spending time with animals, especially her cat, and escaping to the beach whenever she can. Delaware is one of her favorite places to unwind and recharge.
Megan is committed to continuing her education and growing within the beauty industry. Looking ahead, she hopes to eventually teach and mentor other estheticians, sharing the knowledge and skills she has developed throughout her career.

BECKI
BARBER & ESTHETICIAN
Meet Becki, our barber and licensed esthetician at Haus of Proventus. With more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Becki brings skill, attention to detail, and a fun, welcoming energy to every appointment.
Becki has spent the past several years refining her barbering techniques and creating everything from classic cuts and clean fades to personalized styles designed around each guest’s hair, features, and everyday routine. Her goal is simple: a great cut that looks good when you leave the salon and works for you at home, too.
In addition to barbering, Becki specializes in waxing and offers services from brows to full-body waxing, including Brazilian waxing for all genders. Her comfortable, judgment-free approach helps make even the more intimidating services feel relaxed and approachable.
As a licensed esthetician, Becki is also trained in customized facial treatments designed to support healthy, glowing skin. She enjoys helping guests understand their skin and creating treatments based on what it actually needs.
Becki also completed professional makeup artistry training in California, where she developed an appreciation for enhancing natural features and helping people feel confident in their own skin.
Outside of the salon, Becki loves traveling, attending concerts, paddle boarding, and getting lost in a good book. She’s also a huge animal lover, so there’s a very good chance she’ll want to hear all about your fur babies during your appointment.

MASON
GUEST COORDINATOR
Meet Mason, the friendly face behind the scenes at Haus of Proventus. Born and raised in Dillsburg, PA, Mason is a graduate of HACC with a degree in Business Management. While he didn’t originally begin his career in the beauty industry, he quickly fell in love with the creative, fast-paced environment of the salon and the relationships built with our guests.
Mason helps keep everything running smoothly, from coordinating appointments and answering questions to making sure each guest is booked for the right service, provider, and amount of time. If you’re reaching out for a consultation, planning your first appointment, or aren’t quite sure what to book, Mason will often be the person helping guide you through the process.
He also plays a major role in our wedding experience. From your initial bridal inquiry and consultation to estimates, contracts, scheduling, and coordinating the details leading up to the big day, Mason helps make sure everything is organized and clearly communicated so you can focus on enjoying the experience.
Known for his attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service, Mason works closely with our service providers to make sure appointments are set up for success before you ever walk through the door.
Outside of the salon, Mason enjoys spending time outdoors with his Boxer, Marshy, Cavapoo Enzo and taking care of the salon’s ever-growing collection of plants.

WILLIAM
OWNER & ESTHETICIAN
Meet William Proventud, founder and owner of Haus of Proventus Beauty Salon. William’s love for the beauty industry started long before his professional career. As a child, he was already giving his dolls makeovers, experimenting with makeup, and discovering just how powerful beauty can be in helping someone express themselves and feel confident.
William began his professional journey in the beauty industry working in retail cosmetics before pursuing his esthetics education and becoming a licensed esthetician in 2020.
Today, William is both a Pennsylvania Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Esthetics Teacher, with a passion for continuing education and constantly evolving his approach to beauty. He specializes in customized skincare treatments and professional makeup, from natural, everyday applications to full glam, airbrush makeup, bridal beauty, and personalized makeup lessons.
William believes beauty services should never be one size fits all. Whether he’s creating a skincare treatment, designing a makeup look, or helping someone rebuild their routine during a lesson, his goal is to understand the person sitting in front of him and create something that works for their features, lifestyle, and real life.
As the owner of Haus of Proventus, William is passionate about creating a salon where beauty feels approachable, inclusive, and personal. He continues to expand his education, introduce new techniques and services, and help develop the talented professionals around him.
Outside of the salon, William is a self-proclaimed homebody who loves spending time with his dogs, relaxing with a good show, and enjoying a quiet night at home. When he’s ready for a change of scenery, he loves weekend road trips, discovering new places, and, most importantly, finding somewhere new to eat.
For William, Haus of Proventus is about more than providing beauty services. It’s about creating a space where people can learn, experiment, take care of themselves, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
